He is survived by: his wife Debbie Frazier; his children, Thomas Frazier (Kelly Roberts Frazier), Elizabeth Frazier Peck (Michael Peck) and Richard Frazier (Anne-Marie); his grandchildren, Mason Peck, Maddie Peck, Owen Peck, Olive Frazier, Quinn Frazier and Lexy Frazier; his brother Jim Frazier; his niece Jenny Frazier Heather Adams (Sean Strasburg); his nephew Michael Petrillo; and his great-nieces, Sadie and Betsy Strasburg.
