He is survived by: his wife Sondra Sue Olson; his stepchild Terry Jane Carver (Shai Tamari); his siblings, Diane Carver Lawing, Cindie Carver and Sandy; and his children, Cassie Lee Meyer and Christopher Douglass Meyer.
