He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kolodziejczyk and Florence Kolodziejczyk (Nowak); his sisters, Carol Koperski and Marie Szteiter; his former wife Sharon O'Connor-Kolodziejczyk; and his daughter Joy Kolodziejczyk.
He is survived by: his former wife Susan Johnson of Pittsboro; his stepdaughters, Deborah Cosentino (Carl) of Pittsboro and Mary Hummel of Raleigh; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel Zufall, Karen Domenico, Mary Albritton, Jeremy and Jason Szteiter.
