He is survived by: his daughter Suzannah Hicks; his daughter-in-law Kim Armstrong; his grandson Daniel Ratley, Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Darla Hicks and Joan Pack-Rowe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
