She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Wallace George and Lillian Rose Mark George. She is survived by : her children, Valery Nelson, Victoria (Mark Witunski) and Matt Michel (Heidi); and her grandchildren, Sherry (Gideon Young), Sarah (Travis Covington), Alexandra (Bobby Brockman), Sophie Michel and Max Witunski. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
