He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris "Dotte" Evarts and Garth Evarts; and his brother Steven Evarts. He is survived by: his brother Jeff Evarts (Lori); his niece Abigail Durham (Lloyd); and his nephew Joshua Evarts (Emma). He is also survived by grandnephew and grandniece, and several cousins.
