It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Clare Richter of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on November 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Frances, Genevieve (Michael) and James (Sasha); her grandsons, William, Caleb and Abraham; her parents, Bill Richter and Clare Richter; her siblings, Kate, Bill (Kathleen), Pat (Michele), Ed (Rebecca), Karoline (Lewis) and Helen (Greg); and her nieces and nephews, Taylor (Kathryn), Tucker (Koleia), Dixie, Ben, Eddie, Eva, Marion (Brian), Alice, Brooklyn, Yvonne, Naomi, Rosemarie, Margaret, Julia, Iris and Ruth. She is also survived by children and three grandsons.
Masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
