He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur James and Mae Bell Nobles; his wife Margaret Fairfax Nobles; and his son Michael Nobles. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Lynn Nobles, Becky Ann Nobles of Clarendon, Wilton Marty Nobles of Chadbourn and Melissa Ann Johnson of Cerro Gordo; and his sister Melinda Inman of Ash. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
