He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Huggins and Mary Hair Huggins; his brother Harold Huggins; and his great grandchild Tanner Buffkin. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn McPherson Huggins; his children, Ricky Wayne Huggins (Jennifer) of Chadbourn, NC, Teresa Cribb (Harold Dean) of Chadbourn, NC and Amber Rose Huggins of Whiteville, NC; and his sister Miriam Gore of Chadbourn, NC.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
