It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toy Duncan of Chadbourn, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe Duncan and Lottie Cribb Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Frances Carol Duncan of Chadbourn, NC; his children, Timothy Toy Duncan (Heather Star) of Chadbourn, NC and Wendy Carol Duncan (Patrick) of Thomasville, NC; his sister Betty Duncan of Whiteville, NC; his grandchildren, Frances Bristina Hardin, Madison Clair Duncan and Timothy Austin Duncan; and his great grandchild Payton Elizabeth Corum.
