He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Andrew Williams and Lottie Mae Williams (Mercer); his siblings, Tommy, Wade Williams and Barbara Stanley; his parents-in-law, Dewey and Vergie Beck; and his great grandchild Samuel Grant Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Williams (Beck); his son Devon Williams (Anne) of Chadbourn; his grandchildren, Wesley Williams (Brittany) of Warsaw, Matt Williams (Hannah) of Nakina and Adrianna W. Hinson (Cade) of Chadbourn; his great grandchildren, Taylor Williams, Cashlyn Williams and Aaliyah Spivey; his sisters, Sandra Hardie (Paul) of Whiteville and Lori Ann Ethridge (Brian) of Crusoe; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Williams of Evergreen and Candy Williams of Bladenboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
