He is survived by: his father Roy Douglas Norton of Chadbourn; his wife Elizabeth Strickland Norton; his children, Jessica Bartley Davis (Mike) of Fayetteville, Robert Bartley of Marietta, GA, Chicoa Norton of Chadbourn and Christian Norton of Chadbourn; his stepchildren, Rochelle Melvin of Leland and Gregory Dean Melvin of Lake Waccamaw; his siblings, Shannon Devon Spaulding (Sheila) of Chadbourn and Linda Locklear Thomas of Chadbourn; and his grandchildren, Emery Johnson and Logan Bartley.
