Best of Whiteville; her siblings, Becky Parr (Larry) of Tennessee, Gregg Williams of Vero Beach, FL and Carroll Ray Williams (Dee) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; her grandson Bronson Best of Whiteville; her great grandchild Keegan Best of Whiteville; and her siblings-in-law, Carla Naegele of Winter Springs, Florida and Roy Michael Cartrett of Wilmington. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
