She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clayton Dudley and Josephine Glavich Dudley; her husband Elroy Mercer; and her sister Bonnie Fizer-Swangin. She is survived by: her children, Diana Mercer Collins of Whiteville and Ronnie Mercer (Patty) of Chadbourn; her grandchildren, Shannon Collins Sneddon (John) of Little and Nicole Mercer Hopkins (Geoffrey) of Chadbourn; her great grandchildren, Carmin Ray, Bryanna Ray Dadush and Isabella Mercer Hopkins; and her great great grandchildren, Ocean Dadush and Gabriel Dadush.
