He is survived by: his wife Lessie Mae Brown; his children, Vickie Brown, Angela Lathon (Ted), Katherine Brown, Stacey Leggett (Clayton), Garry McCray (Tamika) and Jeffrey McCray; his sister Pauline Graham; and his grandchildren, Calvin Boatwright, Lessie Essex, LaJeffery McCray, Shane Johnson, Tamika Brown, Jerome Essex, Garry McCray Jr., Jordan Leggett, Mark McCray, Trevor Leggett, Bontreal, Shanita, Tyree and Tamisha. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
