She is survived by: her daughter Cassandra "Cassie" Renee Simmons (Manny Gomez) of Bolivia, NC; her siblings, Mike Ard of Chumuckla, FL and Katie Morris of Chumuckla, FL; her grandsons, Adam Simmons and Justin Simmons; and her niece Kyrstal Morris.
