He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Ann Edwards Nance; his children, Douglas Owen Nance of Cleveland, OH, Tina Nance Blackmon (Tommy) of Whiteville, Melissa Collins Wilson of Cerro Gordo and Betty Gayle Wilson of Kinston; his sister Lois N. Green of Chadbourn; and his grandchildren, Corey Powell (Tiffany), LeAnne Nance, Timmy Nance, Jason Nance (Alicia), Riley Wilson, Ashley Meares (Jerry) and Alicia Wilson. He is also survived by 11 Great-grandchildren and 3 Great-Great-grandchildren.
