He is survived by: his wife Shemma Duffin; his mother Lillie Mae Peppers; his daughter Donna Duffin; his granddaughter Soraya Tapler-Lyons; and his siblings, Lakeisha Peppers, James Duffin, William Peppers, Teddy Peppers, Anthony Flowers and Barbara Peppers.
