She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Alton Fipps and Annie Ianthia Leonard Fipps; her husband Ralph Nobles; and her siblings, JC Fipps, Ethel Edwards, Jesse "Buddy" Fipps and Horace Fipps.

She is survived by: her sisters, Shirley Fipps McAbee Smith of Middleton and Margaret Ann Fipps Glenn of Fayetteville. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
