He is survived by: his wife Glenda Elaine Jenkins Fipps; his children, Dina Carol Brown (Tim) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Harold Dean Fipps, Jr. (Michelle) of Gaffney, SC and Vicki Lynn Dudney (Terry) of Albemarle, NC; his brother Charles Fipps (Phylliss) of Laurel Hill; his grandchildren, Samuel Wall (Kristen), Adam Murrell (Sarah), Kristina Bell (Nicholas), Harold "Trey" Fipps, III (Sherri), Taylor Fipps, Dylan Fipps (Parker), Ryan Dudney and Eric Dudney; and his great grandchildren, Tenleigh Wall, Oliver "Ollie" Fipps and Ellison "Ellie" Fipps.
