We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2019, at the age of 71, Gloria Fulcher Matthews (Chadbourn, North Carolina), born in Alexandria, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather Billy T. Fulcher; and the father of her child Allen C. Matthews, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Allen C. Matthews, Jr. (Sharon) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Logan and Morgan Matthews; her sister Yvonne Fulcher Shirley of Raleigh; her nephew Chad T. Hart, Sr. (Melissa); and her nieces, Susanna and MaKenzie Hart.
