She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Willie" Lee Nobles and Minnie Lee Nobles; her husband Joseph "Joe" Edwards; and her siblings, Alton Nobles, Archie Nobles, Elroy Nobles, Earl Nobles, Gladys Prevatte, Mary Creech, Kathleen Hilbourn, Sarah Robinson and Onzie Nobles.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Edwards (Gail) of Chadbourn, Tim Edwards (Joy) of Chadbourn, Sandy Coleman (Michael) of Chadbourn and Mike Edwards (Denice) of Chadbourn; her grandchildren, Brandy Turbeville, Emily Hanson, Michelle Coleman, Dillan Edwards and Ryan Edwards; and her sisters, Sadie N. Hammonds of Chadbourn and Martha N. Duncan of Chadbourn. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
