It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise Carr of Chadbourn, North Carolina, born in Weldon, North Carolina, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Thomas and Geraldine Primm Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Joe, Tommy and Judy; her children-in-law, Arimar and Mike; and her husband Herman. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
