Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elaine Horne of Chadbourn, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 85, on February 27, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Webb and Mae Webb Saunders. She is survived by: her husband Grady Horne of Chadbourn; and her daughters, Lois Garcia of Chadbourn and Teresa Williams of Roanoke, VA. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
