Edward Hamer Sr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Hamer Sr. of Chadbourn, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolroe Hamer and Lillian Lewis Hamer. He is survived by: his daughters, Thay Lee Smith of Chadbourn, Bonita J. Hamer of Chadbourn and Greta D. Hamer of Stalbans; his siblings, Audrey Hamer of Woodlawn, Maryland, Johnny W. Hamer (Elsie) of New Waverly and Dolroe Hamer, Jr. of Chadbourn; and his sister-in-law Bettye Hamer.
