With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edra Rebecca Yates of Chadbourn, North Carolina, who passed away on October 18, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie McLelland and Nettie Bullock McLelland; and her husband Frederick Bryan Yates, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Virginia P. Haley, Frederick Bryan Yates, Jr. (Cindy) and Roland Bradley Yates (Lamonica). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
