We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2021, at the age of 93, Dorothy Borino (Chadbourn, North Carolina), born in Columbus, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Roy Duncan and Elverta Sellers Johnson; and her siblings, Arvell Duncan and Kenneth Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Borino Regan (Frank) of Richmond, VA and Barbara Borino McGuire (Gene) of Snellville, GA; her siblings, Grady Duncan of Chadbourn, Willadean Boyd of Mebane, NC, Carrie J. Rising of Tabor City, Richard Johnson of Tabor City and Ronnie Johnson of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Lori Dearing, Lisa Smith, Jennifer Brummett and Michael McGuire; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Michelle, Alex, Sam, Allison, Jaelyn, Jared, Jonathan and Jenelle.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in memory of Dot Borino, to the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center- 206 Warrior Trail Whiteville, NC 28472.
