He is survived by: his parents, Larry Gene Tew and Donna Lee Tew of Chadbourn; his sons, Addison Tew of Cerro Gordo and Caleb Tew; his sister Dawn Tew Ivey (Kent) of Chadbourn; and also Kailee Ivey.
In lieu of flowers, the Tew family request that memorials be made to favorite charity.
