He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Ray Bass and Eunice Maxine Blake Bass; and his siblings, Roger Ray Bass, Jr. and Toni Bass Stone. He is survived by: his wife Alice Edwards Bass; his daughters, Judi Bass Horne (Russell) of Chadbourn and Tasha Bass Dyson (Stephen) of Whiteville; his brother Larry Bass (Lola) of Chadbourn; and his grandchildren, Kaylyn Horne, Liam Dyson, Chase Dyson and Anna Grace Dyson.
