He is survived by: his children, Danny Ward (Lisa) of Whiteville, David Delane Ward (Pamela) of Cerro Gordo, Dickie W. Ward of Chadbourn and Deidre Irene Ward of Chadbourn; his grandchildren, Anthony Ward (Jennifer), Devin Ward, Jaelyn Norris and Aida Ward; his great grandchildren, William Adam, Weston Luke Ward, Rowan Greene and Salem Greene; his brother Dewey Ward of Chadbourn; and his close friend Sara Coleman of Chadbourn.
