He was predeceased by: his father Claudie Collins, Sr.; his wife Betty Lou Collins; his daughter Autumn Michelle Collins; and his brother David Lee Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Dawn Collins Williams (John Kevin) of Bladenboro; his mother Claire Elizabeth W. Collins; his sister Claudia C. Eller of Lumberton; his grandson Jarrett Kyle Williams of Bladenboro; and his close friend Beverly Carroll.
