He is survived by: his wife Vernie Ruth Moore Williams; his children, Glenn C. Moore (Aleshia) of Chadbourn, Charles Edward Williams, III of Fair Bluff and Anthony Tremayne Williams of Chadbourn; his stepchildren, Shyrita Frazier (Jimmie) of Charlotte and Darryl Turner; his stepbrother Donnell Johnson of Baltimore, MD; and his siblings, Beverly Moore (Johnny Lee) of Clarkton, Angela Burden (Ronnie) of Baltimore, MD, Russell Williams and Marsha Williams of Baltimore. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.
