She is survived by: her children, Michael Johnson (Tammy) of Buckhead, Melissa Ann Jacobs of Buckhead and Michelle Jacobs of Buckhead; her siblings, Oscar Jacobs of Buckhead, James R. "Jimmy" Jacobs of Buckhead, Harry Stevie Jacobs of Buckhead and Debra Ann Jacobs of Buckhead; and her grandchildren, Michael Dwayne Johnson, Ashton Moore and Daquan Grady. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
