He is survived by: his wife Glenda Williamson Long; his sons, Nathan Dean Long (Courtney) of Chadbourn and Joshua Lee Armstrong (Candace) of Mooresville; his grandchildren, Emmie Grace Long, Owen Dean Long, Ethan Lee Armstrong and Dylan Blake Armstrong; and his siblings, Guy Long of Chadbourn and Belinda Long Walker of Chadbourn.
