He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jay Beck and Nancy Reba McPherson Beck; his daughter Nicole Barton (Jeremy) of Chadbourn, NC; his grandchildren, Zoey Shifflett and Brie Barton; his great grandchild Beckam Shifflett; his sister Rita Alioto; and his wife Marilyn McPherson Beck.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the McPherson Cemetery (15678 Peacock Rd, Chadbourn, NC 28431).
