He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Strickland and Dovie Conner Strickland; his wife Juanita McCloskey Strickland; and his siblings, Ruth S. Roberts, Gertrude S. Elliott, Ollie S. Vann, Robert Strickland, Dewey Strickland, Cleveland Strickland and Roger Strickland.
He is survived by: his sons, Billy Wayne Strickland of Evergreen, Mikeal Anthony Strickland (Fonda) of Creedmoor and Benjamin Paul Strickland (Dawn) of Delco; his sister Alene Skovgard of Vista, CA; and his grandchildren, Anthony Ryan Strickland, Meredith Paige Strickland, Cameron Paul Strickland and Landon Chase Strickland.
