She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Holland and Jennie May Hubbard Holland; her daughter Robin Beard Scott; and her sisters, Margaret Strickland and Iritis Williford.
She is survived by: her daughter Anna Rae Beard of Chadbourn; and her grandchildren, Paul Scott (Olivia), Jennifer Anderson (Kenny), Kevin Canady (Gina) and Sarah Canady.
