She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward Parker and Gladys Viola Cartrette Parker; and her siblings, Linda Parker, Robert Dale Parker, Wayne Parker, Willow Dean Parker and Phyllis Cartrette.
She is survived by: her sons, John Wayne Horne of Chadbourn and Billy E. Horne (Patricia) of Chadbourn; her brothers, Danny Parker of Tabor City and Timmy Parker of Whiteville; and her grandchildren, Denise Lee (Joe), Kayla Cannon (Joe), Sandy M. Cribb (Albert), Matt Horne, Jessica Ward (Joey), Katie Horne, Jeremy Horne, Jared Horne and Andrew Hardee (Abby). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
