He is survived by: his sons, Terry Lynn Proctor (Mischelle) of New Port News and Scott O'Connor of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, James Proctor (Jen), Kristy Barnhill (Ronnie) and Heather Emond. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
