He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Williamson Bartrop; his siblings, Betty Jane Wicklund, John Maxwell Taylor, Charles Darrell Bartrop and Arden Eugene Bartrop; his children, Theresa W. Fowler of St. Petersburg, FL, Debra W. Harris of Clarkton, Lew Bartrop of Bolton, Donna B. WIilliamson and Glenn Bartrop of Cerro Gordo; and his niece Sandy Sue Miller of Canton, MI.. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 23 Great-Grandchildren.
