She was predeceased by: her mother Wanda Sue Cribb Spivey. She is survived by: her father Joseph Niles Spivey; her husband Johnathan "John" Smith; her children, Raven D. Price (Zachary) of Whiteville, Kaley Smith and Bristan Smith; and her grandchildren, Madalynn Grey Price and Karleigh Lynn Smith. She is also survived by 14 siblings.
