She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel Ray and Elizabeth Green Blackwell. She is survived by: her children, Brittany Jernigan of Cerro Gordo and Cody Ray Jernigan of Cerro Gordo; her close friend Roy Ivey, Jr. of Cerro Gordo; her brother Anthony Blackwell (Tina) of Chadbourn; her grandchildren, Carter Martin and Kenzie Martin; and her nephew Akin Blackwell.
