She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Stewart and Flora Jane Sentelle Stewart; her husband Albert Smith Perry; her siblings, Sarah Stewart Anders, Helen Stewart Gravley and Buddy Stewart; her granddaughter Cynthia Perry; and her children-in-law, Sandy Perry and Ernie Thompson.

She is survived by: her son Alan Perry (Desiree) of Cedar Mtn; her sister Doris Stewart Anders; and her grandchildren, Scott Perry, Valerie Perry Surrett, Tracy Price, Brandon Price, Bobby Thompson, Lauri Thompson St, Pierre, Brandon Thompson, Nathan Johnson, Seth Johnson, Weston Murr, James Perry, Averen Perry, Leah Perry and Kylie Ray.
