She was predeceased by: her father Perry J. Goodwin; her children, Ivan Gillikin Jr. and Cynthia D. Gillikin; her siblings, Perry Goodwin Jr., Curtis Goodwin, LiLia D. Lawrence and Loretta A. Daniels; her grandson Mark Gillikin; and her great grandchild Noah L. Styron.
She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Taylor (Anthony) of Sea Level; her brothers, Charles F. Goodwin (Carolene) of Newport and John F. Goodwin of Kinston; her grandchildren, Melissa D. Gillikin, Amanda Styron, Richard C. Styron, Charles L. Styron, Curtis Gillikin, Shelby Gillikin Batten and Jeffery Gillikin; and her great grandchildren, Christopher A. Styron, Jonathan C. Garner, Chassity Styron, Lilliana Styron, Emily Davis, Richard "Hoss" Styron Jr., Willow A. Styron, Carter Styron, Sabrina Styron, Levi Styron, Hannah Batten, Hunter Gillikin, Haley Gillikin, Jamison Gillikin, Elyhannah Gillikin, Savannah Gillikin and Ethan Gillikin. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
