We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2023, at the age of 79, Elizabeth Thurman Goodwin of Cedar Island, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thurman and Catherine Thurman; her husband Archie Jesse Goodwin; and her brothers, John Frederick Thurman Jr. and Charles Lee Thurman.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Dawn Lewis (Martin) of Montana and Steven Jesse Goodwin (Jessica) of Cedar Island; her siblings, Patricia May of Maryland, Carolyn Crosby of Florida and Donald William Thurman; her grandchildren, Amanda Ashley Young, Martin Lewis, Jr., Cole Hunter Goodwin and Ariya Lynne Goodwin; her great grandchildren, Aiden James Young and Daxon Alexander Young; and her pet Lula.
