He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lee Bradshaw and Essie Poteat Bradshaw; his wife Carrie Bell Rapley Bradshaw; his son Howard Preston Brashaw; and his siblings, Leroy, Hulon and Marvin Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Lee Bradshaw (Janet) of Cedar Grove and Joyce Harshaw (William) of Mebane; and his sister Frances Bradshaw Carter of Burlington. He is also survived by relatives, family and friends.
