He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phyllis Pope McDade; his children, Reggie McDade, Cheryl McDade and Channing Puckett McDade (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Alexis McDade (Brian), Dakota Puckett McDade, Morgan Eubanks (Kyle) and Dillon McDade; his sister Jo McDade Westbrook (Kenneth); and his nephew Russell Westbrook (Lisa). He was also cherished by cousins and friends. Mac was a devoted son, husband, and father.
