With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Albert Hill of Catawba, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 1, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Albert Hill to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Robert Lee Hill and Veree Redman Hill; his siblings, Fred Hill, Rick Hill and Debbie Griffey; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Starnes, Vennis Ferrell and Steve Beam.

He is survived by : his siblings, Bob Hill (Laura) of Hickory, Mitchell Hill (Sherry) of Catawba, Steve Hill (Allison) of Granite Falls, Brenda Ferrell of Augusta, GA, Sandi Beam of Maiden and Kathy Drum (Glenn) of Newton; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Strider Hill of Catawba and Patsy Jonas Hill of Conover.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mt. Anderson Baptist Church (4818 NC-16, Maiden, NC 28650). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to Charles George V.A. Medical Center-Hospice of Asheville.
