She is survived by: her husband Thomas Tipps; her children, Terrence Tipps, Shenekia Gaither, Whitney Tipps of Charlotte and Kanesha Tipps of Greensboro; her mother Terry Gaither of Newton; her stepmother Ella Rhinehart of Hickory; her grandchildren, Kaden, Maddison, Braelyn, Dekada, Harley and Cody; her siblings, Richard Gaither (Norma) of Hickory, Shawn Gaither of Gastonia, Sherwood Gaither of Newton, Douglas Rhinehart (Keisha Dorsey) of Gastonia, Carlos Rhinehart (Chandra Smith) of Hickory and Annette Springs (Gerald) of Conover; her siblings-in-law, John Tipps, Jr. of Hickory, Guy Tipps (Angela) of Claremont, Alvin Tipps (Sara) of Newton, Bobby Robertson (Angela) of Morganton, Annie Danner (Wade) of Conover, Louise Curtis of Hickory and Paulette Tolbert (Charlie) of Washington; and her uncles, Cecelia Gaither of Newton, Sharon Howell (Charlie) of Taylorsville, Felicia Little of Durham and Richard Gaither of Hickory. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family and friends.
