With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vance Ledell Readling of Catawba, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Vance Ledell left this world on January 5, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Readling and Susie McConnell Readling; his former wife Jean Readling; his wife Sylvia Readling; and his siblings, Dr. Thomas Readling and Frankie Readling.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Readling of Catawba and Lynn Westray (Rodney) of Claremont; and his grandchildren, Marsha Lael (Brad) of Newton and Paul Westray (Tanya) of Cary.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church (200 S Main St, Catawba, NC 28609). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
